Isbester v Knox City Council [2014] VSC 286 - An owner of a dog sought judicial review of the decision of a delegate of Council deciding to destroy the dog.  The Supreme Court looked at the process of making the decision and whether the convening of a panel which included the decision maker was unlawful.
